Do you have a passion for baking? Ever wanted to learn how to achieve a professional finish on your cakes? Or maybe your little one loves making cakes and wants to learn more? Or you're just looking for a fun activity to occupy the family or something different for a hen or stag party?

 

Bake To The Future offers classes and workshops for complete beginners through to more experienced cake makers suitable for both adults and children. Classes are structured to allow time for questions (as well as plenty of tea and biscuit breaks!) and all materials, tools, ingredients, cakes and recipes are provided for you. All you need to bring along is an apron and a passion for all things cake!

Classes are limited in size so you don't have to share tools with anyone else and you have ample space to work. Each step will be demonstrated by Lou with a detailed explanation before you try it for yourself. At the end of each class you get to take your finished cake home with you along with copies of the recipes and methods used.

Children's workshops are less formal, tools and equipment are shared between each table but every child has their own cupcakes or cake to decorate and enough space to work. I am also able to cater for children who are dairy intolerant as well as vegan but please make it clear when you book that you require this option.
